The skin has cells that contain a pigment called melanin, this is what protects our skin from the strong rays of the sun, thus preventing dryness and premature aging.

For us to start taking care of it and establish a routine, it is important to recognize the type, color or texture of skin we have to start taking care of it.

Healthy eating: Maintaining a healthy balanced diet accompanied by good hydration is reflected in our skin, if we lack nutrients the skin will feel dull and we begin to experience spots and pimples, this diet can be accompanied by regular exercise.

Remove makeup: Every time we are at home after a daily routine, whether it is work or study, we must remove our makeup, especially if they contain greasy substances, because having a wound on our face would turn into a polluting agent.
Good hygiene: When showering we must dry ourselves very well, especially in the areas of folds and between the fingers, by maintaining humidity in these areas we are prone to fungus.
Contact with the cell phone: Avoid contact with the cell phone on our skin, these have a lot of bacteria due to pollution and can cause damage to our skin, it is always good to disinfect them before using them, if we go on the street it is good to use a hands-free or headphones.
Sleep well: Sleep is the best way to induce healing and recharge, while we rest, collagen regulation occurs that provides us with firmness and density. If we don't sleep well, our skin will have fewer mechanisms to regenerate our skin.
