1. How far in advance should I book an appointment?

If you want to make an appointment for a weekend, Sunday or holiday, it is preferable that you do so 4 0 or 5 days in advance, especially if the therapy to be performed exceeds 60 minutes in time. During the week you may find appointments from one day to the next and even the same day depending on the agenda.

2. What are the payment methods?

Payment can be made within our facilities in cash or by debit or credit card, through a transfer to a Bancolombia savings account or by making the purchase online through the store on our website.

3. How to buy a gift voucher?

You can compare it directly at our facilities and pay for it in cash or by card during our opening hours from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm at the Laureles headquarters or from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm at the Poblado headquarters from Monday to Friday, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at both locations. You can request a gift voucher service at home from one day to the next from Monday to Saturday, the payment must be on delivery (only in cash), you can also make the payment through a transfer to a Bancolombia savings account or make the purchase online and we will deliver it to your home (there is no cost for the home if it is located within Medellín).

4. Where are they located?

We are located in Laureles on Calle 36 # 82 a 16 Simón Bolívar (near the rompoy de don quijote and the success of Laureles) and in El Poblado on Carrera 46 # 10 sur 21 La Aguacátala (near the rompoy of Aguacátala and the Santa Fe shopping center).

5. What should I bring to my therapy?

We include in all our services the disposable underwear kit (pantyhose – top for women and boxers for men), sandals, towels, robes and the toiletry kit (soap, shampoo, comb and shower cap) so it is not necessary to bring anything, it is advisable to come in comfortable clothes.

6. Where can I see information about the services you provide?

7. What are your schedules?
We are open every day of the week from Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm at the Laureles headquarters and from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm at the Poblado headquarters, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays we are open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at both locations.

8. Do you provide service on Sundays?

Yes, we work every Sunday and public holidays, but you usually have to book appointments in advance, as availability on the same day is limited.
